Setup help
Most problems are fixed by Wi-Fi Calling and a restart. Try these steps first.
iPhone
Go to Settings → Cellular, tap your Nexitel line and turn on Wi-Fi Calling. Then enter an emergency address (any US address).
Android
Go to Settings → Connections (or Network & internet) → SIM manager, tap your Nexitel line and turn on Wi-Fi Calling. The menu names vary by brand.
Still not working?
Connect to Wi-Fi. On iPhone, go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings. This keeps your eSIM, but it also clears saved Wi-Fi passwords. Then restart while on Wi-Fi and wait a few minutes.
What the messages mean
- "Activating…", "No Service" or "Emergency calls only": normal outside the US. Turn on Wi-Fi Calling and stay on Wi-Fi.
- "SIM activation failed" or "Wi-Fi Calling not available, contact carrier": follow the reset steps above, then restart while on Wi-Fi.
- "This code is no longer valid": the QR code was already used. Check Settings → Cellular, because the line may already be installed.
⚠️ Never delete the eSIM
Don't delete the eSIM or factory-reset your phone before you contact us. The QR code works only once, and we can't issue replacements.
