Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, billing and payment information (processed by our payment processor), and details needed to provision or port a line.
Information collected automatically: device and usage information, IP address, browser type, and similar technical data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Service information: activation records, ICCID/eSIM identifiers, plan details, and transaction history necessary to provide and support the Services.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- process purchases, activate and provision Services, and deliver eSIM credentials;
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargeback misuse;
- send transactional messages (e.g., your eSIM QR, order confirmations) and, where permitted, service and marketing communications; and
- comply with legal, regulatory, and host-network obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We share information with:
- Host networks and carrier/provisioning partners as necessary to activate and operate your line;
- Payment processors to handle transactions (we do not store full card numbers);
- Service providers who support our operations (e.g., email delivery, hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations;
- Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law or to protect our rights; and
- a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Payment Data
Payments are processed by third-party processors. Your card details are handled by the processor under its own security standards; Nexitel does not store your full payment card number.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

Certain transactional messages (such as your eSIM delivery and account notices) are necessary to provide the Services and cannot be opted out of while you use them.
