This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases from Nexitel Inc ("Nexitel," "we," "us") and forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Nexitel services, plans, SIM cards, and eSIMs are final and non-refundable. Because our products deliver telecommunications service and digital activation credentials that are consumable immediately upon delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits except where expressly required by non-waivable applicable law.
2. eSIMs Are Consumed on Delivery
An eSIM activation QR code or profile can be scanned, copied, stored, or installed the instant it is delivered. Delivery of the eSIM — typically by email — completes and consumes the sale. Once an eSIM has been delivered, it is non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances, including if you:
- change your mind;
- find your device is incompatible or locked;
- do not scan or use the eSIM;
- purchased the wrong plan or network;
- experience a number-porting issue; or
- are dissatisfied with coverage or speed on the host network.
It is your responsibility to confirm device compatibility, network coverage in your area, and plan suitability before purchasing.
3. Physical SIM Cards
Physical SIM cards are non-returnable once the packaging is opened, the SIM is activated, or the SIM is installed in a device. A used SIM cannot be resold or reissued and therefore cannot be returned. Unopened, unactivated physical SIMs are likewise sold on a final-sale basis.
4. Prepaid Plans — No Proration
All plans are prepaid for a fixed term and do not auto-renew unless you expressly choose otherwise. You may stop using the Services at any time. No refund, credit, or proration is provided for any unused portion of a plan — including unused data, minutes, messages, days, or features — whether or not any portion was used.
5. Cancellation
Because plans are prepaid and non-auto-renewing by default, "cancellation" simply means you choose not to renew. Stopping use or declining to renew does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. If you enrolled in any optional recurring billing, you may turn off renewal at any time before the next billing date; turning off renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current or past terms.
6. Bulk and Wallet Purchases
Bulk SIM/eSIM inventory purchases and wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable. Wallet balances are for purchasing Services only, carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.
7. Limited Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, address a verified case where an eSIM or SIM was never delivered due to our error and the service was never rendered. Any such remedy is provided as a replacement or account credit at our discretion and does not establish a right to a refund. This Section does not apply to delivered, activated, or used products.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a delivered purchase is a breach of our Terms. We document delivery and activation of every order. In the event of a chargeback on a delivered product, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with delivery evidence, suspend or terminate all associated Services, and refuse future service.
9. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy removes or limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where such a right applies and cannot be excluded, it continues to apply notwithstanding this Policy.
